Winderlea Winemaker Dinner – April 28 at Pronghorn Resort
We are excited to welcome Winderlea Vineyards for our first Winemaker Dinner of the 2017 season. Winderlea is a luxury boutique winery located in Dundee, Oregon specializing in limited production of Oregon Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. Cinco de Mayo Craft Cocktail Tasting – May 5
Join us on May 5 in the Clubhouse foyer as we explore tequila with Crafted Life! We will be tasting many fine spirits, and in celebration of Cinco de Mayo, tequila will be featured in our complimentary craft cocktail tastings. U.S. Open Local Qualifier – May 9
We are thrilled to host a U.S. Open Local Qualifier again this year. Join us on the Jack Nicklaus Signature Course on May 9 for the only local qualifier in Oregon. The most exciting thing about this tournament is that everyone who enters has a chance to make it all the way to the U.S. Open. Our 18-hole Jack Nicklaus Signature Course was voted No. 39 on Golfweek’s list of “Best Resort Courses” for 2017 and Golf Digest’s Editor’s Choice Award 2017 Best Golf Resorts in the Pacific Northwest.

Central Oregon Beer Week – May 19-28
Central Oregon Beer Week celebrates local craft brews for ten beautiful days. Look for events throughout the region’s 29+ craft breweries, restaurants, and partners of the brewing industry. Pole Peddle Paddle – May 20
If you had to choose one Bend race to name as iconic to this town, it would have to be the Pole Pedal Paddle. Now in its 41st year, the PPP includes Alpine and Nordic skiing, cycling, running and kayaking. It is a race as diverse as the landscapes surrounding Bend. From Mt. Bachelor down to the Deschutes River in the Old Mill District, the PPP proves just how much adventure you can find in one day in beautiful Bend, Oregon. There is a division for everyone — even the kids get to join in on the fun in the Mini PPP. You can race as an individual, pair or team. Happy Girls Run Bend – May 27
This might be one of the happiest, most inspiring running experiences ever. How could it not be with a name like Happy Girls? The 5k, 10k and Half Marathon is a Bend tradition for so many women. Join together for camaraderie and smiles along the course, group yoga in the park, and celebration beers at the finish! Learn more and register here.
Sisters Stampede – May 28
The Sisters Stampede, now in its sixth year, is the largest cross country mountain bike race in Oregon. Many call it one of the best mountain biking experiences of the season, largely because of its natural beauty and rolling singletrack; but also because it’s a ton of fun. There are 26 different categories as well as a kids race. It’s also a great race to attend as a spectator. There’s a party at the finish line you won’t want to miss! Stop by Three Creeks Brewing in the charming town of Sisters, Oregon for a post-race celebration and Bend beer of course. Bend Beer Chase – June 3
The name “Bend Beer Chase” really says it all. For one day, your six-person running relay team will chase Bend’s best breweries for a total of 50 miles from Bend to Redmond, to Sisters, and back to finish in Bend. The race consists of 12 legs of varying distance (4-8 miles per leg). Each time you exchange at a brewery, you will have the option to enjoy a 3-4oz sample of beer. Makes all that running a less painful and a really fun way to explore the breweries we’re so well known for. The course will hit 20+ breweries along the chase. Now that’s a good day in Bend, Oregon! Music on the Patio at Pronghorn – Begins June 7
We are thrilled to see patio season return and with it, our Music on the Patio series. Beginning June 7, join us every Wednesday night from 6 to 8:30 pm on the Cascada patio for complimentary live music and entertaining performances from local artists and musicians.

If there’s one thing the entire town of Bend looks forward to every year, it’s the beginning of concert season at Les Schwab Amphitheater.
