This class combines 30 minutes of active power vinyasa yoga with 30 minutes of passive yin yoga postures. Power vinyasa is a vigorous practice of moving with breath that promotes circulation, strength and balance, while the slow, deep holds in yin poses are designed to tone the connective tissue, tendons and ligaments. Beginner to advanced.
